Business cards
By default, business cards consist of two pages. The front contains the contact details and on the back a QR code that leads to the digital business card, which contains all relevant contact details of the person incl. a portrait shot – if desired by the person. This digital business card can be saved on the smartphone after calling it up.
The possibility to create and use digital Vcards / QR codes is available for all subsidiaries worldwide. Further information is available from vcard@multivac.de
The visual, which is the same across all companies, is placed very large on the back as a link between the companies.
Optionally, the back can be used for a second language version, then the QR code moves to the top left corner on both sides.
It is also possible to add the MULTIVAC Technology Partners to the business card.
Please only use the combinations shown here. Different combinations should not be used per subsidiary.

Stationery
The stationery from MULTIVAC consists of the basic elements MULTIVAC word and logo, address field as well as sender and reference information. The stationery is adapted for our subsidiaries and made available in their national language.
Logo size and position correspond to the specifications of DIN A4 media. The positioning of the individual parts corresponds to the DIN specifications for A4 letters.
Third party stationery
The stationery from MULTIVAC for branches with third-party suppliers consists of the basic elements MULTIVAC word and logo, address field as well as sender and reference information. The stationery is adapted for our subsidiaries and made available in their national language. It differs from the standard stationery by the logo area for third-party providers, who are described by their logo and in plain text by their area of responsibility.
Logo size and position correspond to the specifications of DIN A4 media. The positioning of the individual parts corresponds to the DIN specifications for A4 letters.
Envelope DIN-long with / without window
The envelope is one of the few media on which the MULTIVAC logo is positioned on the front left. The sender area on the back also shows the logo and can be personalised. There are envelopes with and without a window.
